The Gujarat government has slashed the jantri rates by 50 per cent in all segments.The government has also halved the charges for conversion of agricultural land.The builders and opposition had criticised the government for the exorbitant jantri rates.
In the proposed 2011 jantri,government had initially increased the jantri from 200 to 900 per cent.After objections and recommendations,the government reduced 50 per cent of the proposed jantri on Thursday.According to experts,the change has reduced the burden of tax on new jantri from three times to one and a half time

Mr. Pravin Bavadiya started his own Real Estate Profession as a real estate consultant in 1999 in Ahmedabad. With this,

success always followed him and now he is the MD and CEO of CITY ESTATE MANAGEMENT in Ahmedabad. He is into real

estate since last 10 years. He serves people in buying, selling, renting properties relating to residential, commercial,

industrial, lands projects etc. on state level. As a pioneer of real estate developer, he has contributed towards changing the

skyline of AHMEDABAD city, in fact we can say many different cities of Gujarat.

He is the founder member of AHMEDABAD REALTORS ASSOCIATION (ARA) and worked on various aspects in bringing the
